Well.... all CLR seems inter-compile/decompile-able into binary

Means that regardless what languages was compiling, it was same binary after compiled.

VB.exe -> VB.DLL

I decompiling VB.DLL, writen all class and method in C#

library still callable by VB.exe. Even dependencies are working fine

Which data access framework are you using? Entity Framework?

I'm still not sure what your use case is here. Are you trying to write an ORM mapper which receives an SQL query and object type as input, executes the query, then builds the object from results? Because that's, well, what an ORM is.

C# evolves much faster, adding new, sometimes disruptive features in every version. Does that mean it's better than Java? For some people, yes. For some, the opposite.
