But the usual charge price people make for projects is, get your common hour pay + your coworker hour pay divide the sum by two, count the time you'll take to complete your project and add 5% to 10% in hours.

@KendallFrey I have an MVC application, where I have given validation from Model. Now the problem is that I have two buttons, One Save and one Draft. For Save Button I need to validate all the controlls. However in Draft if no value in the fields I need to validate only one field that is Title. If other field the user enters any value need to check the usual validation like Reg ex and all.

WPF Question. In a DatePicker I have a DatePickerTextBox as default. The DatePicker has the name as dtpDe, how can I referente the DatePickerTextBox of the dtpDe in the Style properties ?
