@Steve'saD yeah I just have certain "helper" API functions that aren't necessarily a part of the RESTful/relativistic model (think one-off funcs) that seem weird to introduce a Model into.

well, the way we do things is you have a request object

and that request object is the C# version of the json

(not http request obj)

and that later gets converted into a domain model of some sort
