As I understand it, on a per-project basis you can ask the C# compiler to warn about all reference types being possible null.

Which means a statement such as: public void LogLength(string message) => Console.WriteLine(message.Length);

would generate a warning

message can possible be null, and thus message.Length is unsafe.

And you will be able to explicitly state that parameters are allowed to be null, which will silence some warnings some places, but introduce others in other places.

I love it :) I use ReSharper attributes right now to have ReSharper warn me in the same way, being able to turn it into compiler warnings is better, and then hiking them up to warnings-as-errors is fantastic :)
