I think it's based on the accessibility of the object itself.

For instance if flowerColorPhase is a private variable, then the get is private.

If flowerColorPhase is a protected variable, then the get is protected.

So...

I think you should have something like:

Lets say this for an example...

 }

I can access flowerColorPhase from anywhere, as long as I have the class or dll file for it.

I can do this:

public class Foo
{
    flower fObj = new flower();
    fObj.flowerColorPhase = "Orchid Purple";
}

Doesn't matter if the Foo class is outside of the solution or project because flowerColorPhase is public.

That's the "get"
