This is a console application (TUI), not a GUI. You could run this kind of thing over SSH.

I've seen scrollable sub-regions in terminals before (we did this on VT100's back in the last century). But the mouse support is mind-blowing to me. AND, despite all the textual discussions about CSS, I didn't write any to create this.
