well I work at a computer repair place and I have a handful of scanning/cleaning utilities that I run on every computer,

I want to make a program that will allow me to click and choose which programs to run and then run them as a batch

My main question is how do I do this without having requirements such as .NET or Java

You could try Perl + Tk & POE

I have never used it, but I do know one of my coworkers here used it for a similar issue
