Yes, that one. Seems similar but for a dupe hammer.
Well, weird, though. The respected your dupe hammer for the dupe targets. Not for closure. But also only required two close votes.

I left a comment on the bug report. Allow for 6 to 8 months before that status-review ticket ends-up on the kanban board for a sprint.
