In the last year, SE changed when the 9-day Roomba runs. The time used to be > 9 days after the question was actually closed (i.e. not "on hold") (At the time, I followed multiple questions through on-hold->closed->deleted to verify). Now, it's > 9 days after the Q's put "on hold". An update, including Greasemonkey 4 compatibility is in testing (6–8).

My point is that programming is only the means to "make machines learn". Even though programming is used to describe the process, knowing how to process data and design/train networks that make sense require expertise outside of the programming domain.

After discussion w/ other ROs, Moderator's request has been reinstated as an allowed exception to room rules.

Why are there rules in the first place? What's the point of all this?
