@AndrasDeak They had 4 abuse flags on the post (guessing) before self-closing. The flags will have alerted mods. The flags were correct, so I'd anticipate that there will be consequences - some sanction such as a question-ban.
@CubeJockey So yes, I think it's too broad (only a program description) and lacking an MCVE since there's talk of attempted code which didn't work, but no code is actually provided.

@bjb568 When we have done our initial 5 and agree that the process works, I'm happy to select one that is simply to big to get handled. We could use the user one then as a test case to see if will be appreciated/understood by the community if the tag gets instantly-deleted.
