and I find your thoughts interesting, as I find the voting patterns on SO to be a concern in places, that we are following popularity, as opposed to knowledge, which degrades the value of the vote score on the site @CodeCaster

@Braiam yeah but that's an old discussion. We should start somewhere. MSDN is often terse ("FooBar foos the bar"), I see no problem in explaining that in more understandable terms in docs, again, including example code

Official docs are often terrible and rarely wiki-like (in that they can be changed by the community). I prefer docs I know will likely give me something useful.

@CodeCaster differences of philosophy, I suppose. I prefer doing nothing over doing it wrong, because if I do it wrong I have to do it again (or bother someone to fix it for me). Waste of resources.
