@cybermonkey Not a lot, really. If they keep doing it repeatedly and it's becoming a problem, I guess you could flag them for mod attention. But honestly, it's mostly harmless (and can even be reasonable in some cases). And, if they keep posting bad questions that get dowvoted and then deleting them, they'll eventually get question-banned automatically.
