On " Please help me I was a beginner" I had casted an "unclear what you're asking" close vote, but then after the comment the question became "too broad" so I retracted my close vote but couldn't cast another one

AFAICT it is asking if the file structure inside that folder is the same on windows as on linux, which I would imagine should be yes, but I don't know the specific tech so I can't say for sure. The question could most definitely be clarified.

It is a very big mistake, true, but I've known people who weren't unintelligent that have said the total wrong word before

will comments automatically disappear if they are marked as obsolete x amount of times by users?

just flagged a comment as obsolete, within 1/2 a second it was deleted, and it was an old comment so I'm pretty sure the user didn't delete it

I do have an aged away flag for the actual question, but the comment was flagged obsolete and instantly deleted.

My brain seems to tell me that if some comments have some specific shape (think "Thank you!") then they're deleted on the first flag
