Hi! I need some help about what flag option to use when a question belongs on Code Review? I remember asking about it (and because my question was a duplicate it was deleted, rightfully so), but kinda forgot what the correct flag is :S
I would like your inputs on how appropriate of a project it will be for a novice, and more importantly any hints on how to learn what I need to do <-- too much
I would also like all of this data to be stored in a database so that I could access it in different ways/have it sent to things in different ways in the future <-- too much
@Mogsdad we'll need your e-mail for that or some other form of out-of-band communication (@gunr2171 can use steam). I could subscribe to the newsletter on your blog, assuming the email I share there is only visible for you.
When that teams proposal came up I thought it would be interesting to bring the group of members together that contributed or worked on the various bots and userscripts so we could take questions on that.

Like, if a bounty question is closed, it keeps its bounty and its visibility into the associated views of SO, but if in 3 days it is not reopened the bounty is refunded
The increased visibility would allow for editors and reopeners to be very active on it, effectively not only drawing attention from answerers but also from moderators and editors

If you answer an otherwise on-topic question with what you believe to be the "best" practice, that is allowed. But asking for what the "best" practice is, is inherently opinion based. Asking how to do something is much different than asking for the best way to do it. Your question is likely to be closed. 2/2

Note that the above comment is only for questions which are not salvageable with a light rewording. "What's the best practice to do X?" can often be rephrased as "How to do X?" (which, yes, seems too broad. Too broad is always the end point...)
@KevinGuan I think that yes. "Best way" is something I often read in Python questions because apparently you guys have a great set of good practices and "pythonic" ways. However I do not know what "best" means. Is it in terms of beauty, performance, standards conformity?
And since your question is about code that works and you want to improve, it would be best on CR
