Does anyone know (/have a link to meta that outlines) under what circumstances answers get paged on a question? e.g. this question has 110 answers over 4 pages, while this question has 141 answers all on 1 page.

It seems like there needs to be > 30 undeleted answers for paging to occur, but when it does deleted answers also get paged...
