So, I wrote a small addition to the "Stack Exchange CV Request Generator" userscript

@AndyK So, right now you have flags. When flagging something as off-topic, and if someone else does the same, the question is pushed into the CV queue. That's the place where users above 3k rep judge the scope of questions, and decide as a community whether they should be closed or not (being closed meaning preventing new answers from being added). The reviewers cast close votes (not flags!). 5 close votes are enough to close a question.

@AndyK As such, as a low-rep user (<3k rep) your flags may go unnoticed due to questions not gaining enough moderation attention. There is only one flag on the question, it never goes into the queue, your flag ages away and you wasted your time.
