And it's actually constantly monitors potential diffence between ground and null as well
Which might only happen in case if the current goes to null or ground, which though shouldn't happen because you/electricians need to bring null and ground to common potential using at least 10mm2 wires.

@Ferrybig Back in the '90s when we were trying to learn how to phreak POTS phone, we were using Honda Civic high voltage transformer (~15kV) applied to public phone line, we heard that we might be able to get free lines in the end all we got is burnt phone distributor cabinets, and some hundred interrupted and angry subscribers for the company :p

I started programming in C++ almost 20 years ago, thought it seemed easy. Went to uni, realized C++ was very complex, became a C++ fan. Started to learn Java, became less of a C++ fan. Started to use C++ at work... started to dislike it. Started to read/maintain C++ code written by others, started to hate it.
I despise C++ though, particularly modern C++. They've gone full retard with the whole language, it's about 99% meta programming now, and 1% real application programming.
@AndyK also, you have to ask your question: yes, the person is trying to configure a tool, but if that tool is used primarily for programming then it's on topic on Stack Overflow.
