@Braiam I didn't close it... but I wouldn't reopen it to dup it to the other, either. The OP got their answer - and given that there were already meta posts, help pages, and privilege pages covering all their concerns, I don't think splitting hairs about the popularity of the target matters... pretty sure the next version of this user isn't going to look for it.

@Mogsdad the thing is... that dupes are meant to redirect people towards the most common/general discussion, not just because some points coincide, since everything on meta is permeated by the thousand shades of gray. Context matters.

btw, if you see how that got closed, the close voters on meta tend of the worst kind of bandwagon rubberstampers

To that point... you do realize that we chose not to moderate Meta here, right? It is a different swamp than the one we normally muck about in.

Ok, it's not just me then. I was afraid it was some new prose-parsing programming tech that I was too stupid to understand.

And that tag, government? Government is a group of people with the authority to govern a country or a political state. You just know that's going to be full of poo.
