if you manually remove the disabled tag in source code...

@rene I've been working on this, and completed the cleanup of the target tag this weekend. Lots of questions in the close vote queue, and there will be a need for deletions before long. Once I'm through the hortonworks (step 4), I'll keep it on a "slow burn".

OK, let me bring this out so we, the RO team, can get some feedback on our progress so far and to see if we missed anything or need to do differently. By the looks of it we might be taking on once if we put it through this process.

I don't mind which tag we select, as long as it qualifies and seems doable by us.
