For as far as I can see none of the help pages about the flags say anything about general junk/spam posts, and the rude and abusive flag is specific for language used by the user and not for the system in general?

The problem with that idea is rockets aren't reliable enough to send all of our nuclear devices/waste/etc. into the sun without a good chance of irradiating a launchpad (or wherever the thing fails).
