I need to include functionality to scan documents into my application. is possible use the new Google drive API to scan documents?? I try use OpenCV to process the image but I have not had good results.

So I figured, what the hell, I'll comment asking to improve the answer, and the poster did so! Which bumped the answer, so someone flagged it again, and the improved answer got deleted by the LQPQ.

I can't judge for other sites but on SO the major problem is not the number of close votes per user, but the number of users that use their close votes. I will support any proposal that fixes that behavioral issue but if you only expect me to spend even more time handling that flood of crap I don't see how this would really help. — rene 26 secs ago

An IPv4 address can be written as a 32 bit unsigned integer. This implies that the highest value it can have is 4294967295, which would translate to 255.255.255.255. 4429711368 just doesn't fit.
