@magol While your first version was too-broad yet your current one seems to be a tool/book/etc request. My original idea was to break your first version apart to different questions, where each smaller question could be focused around one subject. Then you could maybe even link them together.

@Kyll less is generally used with fractional things, fewer when the numbers are integers. So I can buy fewer bananas but I can give less attention.

By "initial structure of the program," I mean how the program will work. How commands and events should be structured and passed around. The examples I have found online, almost all focused on Event Sourcing and buses, and assumes that you have full control over the database.

None of this is interesting to me. I strive for a simple example of how to begin. A simple example that does not have any of this.

@magol in the first place i would try to include a simplified diagram to show how does your architecture and protocols looks like, and ask about which set of particular design patterns might seem to fit. Don't forget to include the research on this, and you may get good answer(s) on such a question which contains a lot of value.
