@TinyGiant So yesterday I had to call up my wireless carier's customer service because I was having problems logging into my account online. They asked me what the email address I used was, I told them it was a gmail account, they said "we don't provide support for gmail."

It took me about 5 minutes to explain that their website had a login feature
