When you flag a post it goes into the queue that will be reviewed by users with the required rep, they decide what happens with the flagged post

@Siguza IMHO looks OK world isn't a bad place. As long as I can understand what was written and it doesn't fall into one of the NAA auto comments I vote looks OK. There seems to be a lot of people flagging wrong./partial answers as NAA and that is not what it is for.
