@CallMeDummy i think you have this really wrong, canvas is for drawing pictures via javascript and SVG stands for Scalable Vector Graphics which is just a vector image
@Connor I understand, thank u. If possible can u link to any website that shows canvas using javascript because last time I had to position every line and curves manually to create a canvas drawing
@Connor I don't get it, why write a for loop if I have to provide predefined x and y positions when I get the same effect with just four lines context.moveTo(200,300);

even in the fiddle u provided, I would have to write a tower of x, y positions

@CallMeDummy yeah window you can have two windows on a page. The window and then an iframe, which is also a window. So in this case window.top from the iframe would relate to the parent window?
