@rlemon is this the best way to check if an element has a specific class? jQuery's way (line 147)

Ideally I think you could use .classList but unfortunately it is IE10+

I know jQuery has to support a lot of ancient browsers so wasn't sure if that was the most efficient way for say IE8+

speaking of ancient browsers.. just tried to use the internet on one of my win 95 machines

half the sites wont even attempt to load

I get connection errors pretty funny, youtube and twitter completely die, like you cant even go to the domains

google works well though

using IE 3.0

I need some help.....working on this code for some days and cannot figure what im doing wrong

im trying to scroll the page via a button press of a div, and when it gets to a certain point in the page, another div is supposed to animate to visible

$(document).ready(function(){
$('.TheButton').click(function(){

scrollTop: $("#a_point_on_the_page").offset().top
}, 5000);

that works fine.......im very hazy on the rest to complete what im trying to do

I am trying something like this:

('#Div_idLikeToBeHiddenButThenReveal').show()

needless to say, i cannot get that part of the animation to work....what am i doing wrong?

they are generating using photoshop, I think
