hi all

i want to fetch the user callhisory from iPhone on ios 5.0 and above

any idea how can i fetch?

i know there are sqlite db for that in iphone to get

but that path is working only upto ios4.0 and above

what is location for call history file in iOS 5 or iOS 6. and what is name of call history file. in iOS 4 call history sqlite file location is "/private/var/wireless/Library/CallHistory/call_history.db"

there is a path to read the call history private/var/root/Library/CallHistory/call_history.db

but that apple has changed that path from ios5.0 and above

Sorry but right now it really can't be done.. On iOS 5 there isn't any access to call_history.db -> Which is exactly what you were looking for. The app mentioned here: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/callog/id327883585?mt=8 Does not work with iOS 5 (don't download but check the users' reviews.....

i believe you should ask on a jailbreak forum

oh actually i was trying to insert an array in sqlite

but the array has many rows so it is giving a memory crash

well anyone who you will take this code would advise first to save image in the doc directory..and save image path in DB..saving huge NSData in db is simply very bad
