FooterView.swift, GalleryConfiguration.swift, GalleryViewController.swift, and HeaderFooterLayout.swift are all from the imageViewer source I mentioned in my SO question. I edited the FooterView.swift and did minor changes on margin sizes to GalleryConfiguration.swift
