Abhi, ignore the "small company" part, ignore the no-kadar, .. you have a stream of projects to work on, that's an opportunity. If you think that you are being given too little time, then talk to your boss, or try to do your best. Fix the way you actually approach problems. If you only try to copy/paste, or ask other people for code to quickly solve the current issue and then move on without trying to understand what you did, then nothing will change

localhost means 127.0.0.1, "local" to whatever machine you are talking about. If you mean your desktop, then it's that machine.

Whether it will be accessible from mobile or not, that depends.. on how it is configured (eg, if you have your external interface also configured for the server .. etc)

and Saad, (your external name) is your external address.. some external ip address, which the devices etc can see, like 192.168.0.4

So, now if you server is only listening on localhost(shubhank), then it will not be able to hear what the devices (your colleagues) are trying to say!

so for that we should have same media

same Lan or wifi

So.. the fix is to tell that server(you) about your external ip address(the name "Saad")
