i wanted to send notification to devices within certain range (the range is selected by user sending the notif)...ive got a snippet on Parse's website as to how we can achieve this but i am failing to understand a part of it

you want to send the notification to all devices withing 1000kms of some location. In your case, you want to send it to devices around you. hence.. geopoint will be your location
