@ohcibi Dharman is one of the nominees and I know he uses automation for curation work around the site. I was using his efforts as reference because I'm more familiar with them. Also, I don't think it's any secret he does that.
I personally have flagged at least 900 spam posts on this site. The real number is somewhat higher, because some of them are via custom flags and I'd have to go through and count, and that would take a really long time.

All I'm saying is that if you rearrange the letters in "ryan m", remove the "y", and replace it with "Dha", you get "Dharman". Plus, the avatars are both geometric blocks of color. So I'd be a great second choice for voters wanting an all-Dharman ballot.

@Dharman 3 different queries, and I was running custom thresholds on the main one, which meant I had to manually review all the results and only flag ~35% of them and go through like 600 results a week

If you have at least 150 reputation, you can rank the candidates in your preferred order in the election. If you want to make an informed decision on who to vote for, you should read the candidates' answers to the questionnaire, and also look at examples of their participation on Meta and how they conduct themselves.

@BhargavRao I'm certain it's a personal decision and I suspect it's much like Potter Stewart's threshold for obscenity: "I'll know it when I see it." I'd suspect symptoms might be a major extended drop in output for reasons not attributable to external temporary factors, and I'd hope there's some room for taking a "sabbatical" after a few years of service to refresh/recharge. If there's not now there should be.
@DanielWiddis Unfortunately, the "sabbatical" option requires the cumbersome process of stepping down, then having to apply for reinstatement and go through that whole ordeal.
If a mod feels burned out, this is not a reason to step down. It's a reason to take a break
@ohcibi when you go to the nomination tab there are comments where I explain the stats a little bit. They are higher due to the automated stuff I do, but that doesn't mean that they don't mean anything. It's just that I do them faster. I still own all my activities.
I would hope pressure to step down if not active is limited. The world already puts enough pressure on people, a unicorn point farming website need not add more.
@IanCampbell from what I hear - they've got pretty good internet connectivity up there and you'd still have free time when not patching the ISS so it doesn't blow up :p
