@rekire i am using video as splash screen and set activity with no titlebar and full screen but when video is play that time bottom menubar is disappear some time it blink also
@Avin use differnt directories e.g. drawable-hdpi for the default language e.g. english and drawable-hdpi-fr for french etc. By the way putting text on an image is in general a bad idea better use plain text for that.

@Shyam my problem was that I wanted to hide it proberbly you want to set other flags try to use something which hides the title that should be that what you want or call getActionBar().hide();
Hey I am trying to pass a request from an Action to page where I just want to display that value. How do I do this? Actions must return a string / null. Putting stuff in sessions is failing because thats a bad idea with ajax requests. I basically want to tell it to redirect to Blah.action?count=1234
well I figured it out. apparently even though its technically a response. You write request.setAttribute("blah",blah); and then access it on the other page. Ajax is indeed javascript. I was making multiple calls to a website and getting weird results (because i was using session.put instead of request.setAttribute)
