@Vap0r I really don't htink asking for an email is shooting himself in the foot. trying to over analyse the situation and making a big deal over nothing is more likely what will sabotage\ him
@rlemon well yeah, I believe that too but since they might not have sensed his internal conflict it looks like instead of asking for digits he asked for email and then fizzled out

I had some quick reads about how to handle people with anxiety issues. Turns out telling them to "stop over analyzing everything" doesn't really work :/
@towc actually in this instance we're saying "robert perhaps your fatness is an extension of your miserableness and if you were to seek help for your depression you might, by extension, lose weight"
Basically something that you would internalize as being your fault, so you begin questioning your actions, and that leads to a behavior where you analyze everything. At least that's the general idea @towc
