I have been hired by a team for some project. When I saw the code, it was not linted, hence different coding styles. Not bundled for browser(10s of script tag). Everyone pushing in master branch. No tests. No SASS. I suggested Webpack, ESLint, branching, SASS. And got not neccessary. What should I do?

Real-time development is a challenge and I'm loving it
