Hey everyone, i was wondering if someone could explain how this JS works:

This is for a dispatcher that will take the events fired from a store, and make it look like it's fired from RiotControl. The store fires the event:

but somehow it can be observed on RiotControl as well. For the life of me I can't figure out how this works.

TLDR version is RiotControl contains a collection of Stores, a Store fires an event on itself, but the event is also observable on RiotControl, and I dunno why.
