@OctavianDamiean Yes, which is the reason I am confused. My live server uses Apache too, except the htaccess flawlessly works with it but it doesn't work with XAMPP (which also has Apache).

@cx In this case.. why are you using apache in the first place and not something more lightweight like nginx?

I think the only big advantage of apache is .htaccess files if you have users without access to the main server config

btw, shibboleth is the worst SSO system ever in terms of using it. it REQUIRES apache because it's implemented as an apache module and additionally it requires a separate daemon which uses xml files for configuration

@cx I added htaccess code directly into the httpd.conf file and now "localhost" keeps redirecting to "www.localhost/Test" where "Test" is the name of the root directory and the name of my project.

I think FTL for $2.49 was the best deal I got.

You need strategic builds. The time I won, I went drones/ion. I could slowly wear away their defenses while keeping my shields up.

@cx Yeah, but that doesn't matter. It worked before too. It was the htaccess that wasn't working. I took your suggestion and put htaccess inside httpd.conf file. It started executing, except the code was messed up and I had to fix it, so I removed it, but the htaccess effect is still going on. The url is still being rewritten.

I tried that on one build but a fire took out my weapons and then I was fucked.

My big weakness was boarding parties until I got a fighting drone

Ooh, fire can be a problem.

Fires always seem to kill me. If it is near a door I'm OK. Just vac the area.

Honestly, my favorite runs are when I survive by the skin of my teeth and recover (though usually die a sector or two later).

Yes, I generally play 'guts or glory' type styles so I either die in 2 sectors. Or make it to the end.

The best build I had was lost when my oxygen got hacked and couldn't get it back online fast enough.

I want to be jakked going into sector 3 or its pointless

by sector three I try to have 6 crew at least and enough shit to sell for scrap to get me some descent upgrades

@m59 Whenever Angular detects an ng-controller directive a new scope is created, your above example (with the two ng-controller directives) creates two scopes by design.

@m59 I don't understand waht you're trying to do... whenever Angular detects an ng-controller a new scope is created for that controller. They're using different scopes by design.. if you want them to share the same variables you need a service for example.
