I got a big issue with Nuxt.js I'd hope you can help with
I have a page that renders only <nuxt-child/> element, which is the page on it's nested route.

How do I make nuxt use the layout of the nuxt-child instead of the parent's?

is it a bad idea to embed sub function components in the end of parent function component ?
like this,

function A() {
    return <div>
        Lorem ipsum dolor sit
        <B />
    </div>

    function B () {
        return <span>
            dolor amet
        </span>
    }
}
