@Vap0r I sometimes use tools like mockaroo.com and just feed the JSON into Fiddler where the endpoint will exist in the future, when BE isn't done yet

I take and have Fiddler respond on like.. /api/myMockEndPoint with the JSON resp and then I fire the actual ajax request to get the mock data I saved
