@Neoares gun control isn't an over night solution. That is (what I often see as the debate against it) the problem

so if you ban guns from "good" americans, the "bad" ones will still have them. It will take years for the bad guys : gun ratio to fall.

I mean, the rest of the world with gun control kinda proves it will fall.

but that middle period I think scares a lot of people

carry permits are next to impossible to get

but there is (being one big forest of a country) a lot of hunters in Canada
