I'm having an issue with IE9 (surprise) my .dialog() wont pop up unless I change the browser mode from IE9 to IE8 one time. (under the F12 developer window in IE). Once I flip the browser mode everything works fine. I'm using Jquery 1.9.1. Chrome/Safari/Firefox all work fine.. IE9 seems to be the pig here.

but still unless I flip that button once the dialogs wont pop up..

no erros in the console when the page loads or the switch :( ..

@TheSnooker console doesn't exist until you open the dev-tools, and since IE doesn't display errors before the dev tools are opened, it's a silent ReferenceError
