Trying to build an android app after years of only building desktop and webb apps in C#. Networking in Android is hard. Where in this code is the actual request made? Like, where exactly does the network call happen?

That's the thing - I'm not sure as I haven't worked with android in years.

But that would make sense.

I'm confused because Android Studio tells me "suspend" is redundant here.

Also in the other fun, I don't even call .connect() but only write something to the outputstream (because the stackoverflow answer told me to), without a connect call.

So I just realized the john wick conversation was over an hour ago XD
