@VeaceslavGaidarji a teamhacksung guy just answered me, the problem was in the init.*.rc files after all.
There was incorrect filenames which were chowned to system group. After correcting them it boots, everything crashing of course, but have ADB working so i can fix the whole thing :D

Ok, this seems to have been solved by simply using sendMultipartTextMessage instead of sendTextMessage for the messages. Who would've thought... it kind of makes sense because unicode characters use more "space" than "normal" ones.
