need to cut the underground channel, and run the infrastructure lines too it

I'm glad they decided to start with parking lots, I think that is definitely the most feasible place to start

after X amount of years they just redo the lot

they do whole roads but is somewhat infrequent, generally they do smaller chunks

replacing the whole road tends to be as a result of having to dig a massive whole to get at the water pipes

Because there are fundamentally only two types, and one depends on the other.

You have values, which are 64-bit floats, and then you have memory blocks, which you can allocate using the realloc instruction. realloc places a handle identifying that block into a register.

So to access a memory block, you only need a value type. There is no pointer arithmetic or anything else.
