It sounds like the user visible interaction you want to achieve is a fragment on the back, and one above it (and only one above it). And you need to interact with the fragment above before you go to the fragment behind it?

I have a bit of a weird error and I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to fix it. Wondering if anyone has any ideas who is familiar with Java... I'm trying to fix an issue with a memory leak. The old code would load an entire file directory into memory in order to compare the filename it has against some parameters. It would then return the java.io.File to load it for the customer.

I switched this to use the FilenameFilter interface, so I compare the filenames directly with the parameters without loading any of it into memory.. I then do a File newFile = new File(filename) to load the fi…

I feel like I'm missing something simple, and I'm trying to avoid loading the entire directory into memory.. but for whatever reason creating a new File actually creates a new File instead of creating a File out of the existing file I found
