there are some "emergency places" available for those who cant take care of but you either have to be working in an essential job (both parents) or at least one while the other one is not allowed to work from home
and I am even forced to work from home by my company
so it doesn't matter that my wife is a midwife and therefore an "essential worker"

Here in my city, we're not allowed to go to public parks as long as the quarantine lasts, but there was a woman who said FU to that and went out for a walk. The cops spotted her, asked her politely to go back home, explained why she should be at home, and all she could say was "You can't take the right to come and go away from me, it's in the constitution" (even tho in a calamity state such as the one we're in, that can be changed).
After a while, she refused to go home, so the cops said she was going to be taken home by them, and she resisted and bit one of the cops (lol). After that, they said she was under arrest and she resisted even further, yelling "I can't breathe, let me go, you're hurting me! You communists!"
@Mauker here people starting throwing stones when doctors when to areas to ask people to come out and take treatment or quarantine themselves since they primary contact ( had contact with covid +ve person)
@Raghunandan There were some people here doing a motorcade that blocked a hospital entrance (they were defending that we should open the trade again, among other things pro-Bolsonaro). People started to throw eggs at the cars, and then one cop pointed his gun to the ppl to make them stop the egg throwing.
