the cause is population. the roads are the same however the population has increased 3 folds and the city is expanding causing traffic jams everywhere. Old people crossing roads is hell of a task. The mortality of a person crossing road is greater than person riding a vehicle.

First line is double read. You can read it as a reference to the Hobbit and a hidden message, or look at the runes, which are the initials of my father and mother last names

Second is about the meaning of the runes, and what they're supposed to bring to someone, namely: creativity, strength, protection and determination. (Not very superstitious, but figured it fitted well for a tattoo about my family)
