Not sure if it's correct, but they suggest on the web to clear cache and data of the app then retrying if it doesn't work to clear cache and clear data for Google Play Services

I didn't have the app installed, went to the play store, it downloaded and then failed to install
suspecting one of two things - a) Dexguard, the tool we use to obfuscate the code, screwed up the app somehow, and b) Google changed the way it handles app processing and screwed up somehow.
