Should I check if View is inActive in Presenter everytime? or just the times I use asynchronous calls.

Imo, this should *only* be when you run an asynchronous call that you don't wanna interrupt when the user leaves the activity - or if there's no guarantee that you can interrupt that network operation like asynctasks (and that will have some UI callback).
If, however, your asynchronous call doesn't make sense to keep running when the view is no longer there you should follow what Tim said and interrupt the presenter

using a regex in your case is overkill and slower than contains
