It's actually saying that SE is trying to create the solution to a non-existing problem, by making people believe that there was an actual issue of discrimination, which they'll claim to have solved in some time

when that time comes they'll be able to get some inclusivity labels (behind which a lot of enterprises run nowadays)

the pest we worry about in the city is squirrels and raccoons
