I want to learn about shared elemnet transitions. But, I think they work only for activity to activity transitions. If I have a ViewPager of fragments, can I use that animation to transit a shared element on one of viewpager's fragments and open another activity on top of that?

or, they only work for activity-to-activity?

If you are opening a new activity from a fragment, just use the fragments parent activity

First time loading the screen it downloads the list of courses -> saves to realm, then when you switch to the nearby courses, downloads nearby courses and then checks if the courses are in realm, if they are, a check is done to see if they're selected

I can get a realm change listener working but it seems to stop whenever I switch to the second tab

I can see the update realm method is being called on the second tab

I did see something about how you can't register it if there's null realm results, so I wait until it's not null before calling the listener in the parent fragment which works when updating the selection for that single tab

I just think the lifecycle is messed up for the listener

I think realmresults updates are done on a looper or something, I don't exactly know how it works, but perhaps the updating pauses when you move away from the fragment because at that point it is no longer on top of the stack

I believe this | should be positioned between 'Votes' and 'Answers', at least that is where I remember it to be. It's in <span class="filter"><span id="post-sorts">. Happens in chrome 58.0.3029.110 and firefox 53.0.3. It's very possible this was brought to attention before, but I'm not sure ...
